Our Berkshire pigs are free to forage for roots, nuts and plants in our woods and have access to Certified Organic non GMO, locally grown and ground feed. They receive no vaccines or growth hormones. These are seasonally raised and available by half or whole each Oct./Nov., we have a limited supply of whole hog and salt and pepper sausage available at the farm. These are processed with Himalayan salt. Contact us for availability and price.
